HPLGBT is an NGO made up of leaders in the transgender community. Relying on their own experiences and international recommendations, mobilizing and building partnerships, they provide assistance in socialization, and protection of the rights and freedoms of transgender people, queer people, intersex people, asexuals, as well as lesbians, gays and bisexuals of Ukraine.
One of the most important areas of HPLGBT’s activity is the development of transgender vigilance and its cross- and subgroups, reducing the level of discrimination and violence against transgender people, including those transgender people who are involved in sex work, as well as strengthening the influence of all transgender community on human rights policy.
